Mobility is the foundation of strength and conditioning.  Without it, our daily functions are impeded and that includes the ability to swing a golf club!  As we age, our mobility is gradually lost and with it our flexibility, both key to playing golf.

Stability is also important as without it, we have not got a solid base from which to work.

Finally, we need strength and power.  First to meet our daily needs and secondly to hit the ball and reach our golfing potential.

It is highly likely that your physical condition is holding you back.  Golf coaching can improve your technique but it is your physical state that will determine how well you will play.

Ian will assess your body's alignment, functionality and movement, and compare these elements with your golf swing.  He will then formulate programmes to enable you to develop your mobility and posture, and to improve your strength.

Programmes include:

TPI and Functional Assessment and Corrective Programme - 2 x 60 min programme to run through

One on One Training Sessions - Single and Blocks of 10 sessions, either 1 hour, 45 min or 30 min

ANNUAL PACKAGES
